Cabinet evaluation check
(1) Confirm the cabinet space: cabinet drawer wide width and best distance is 42 ~ 43mm
* For example: cabinet width 500mm
* The drawer is 457~458mm
* Space is too small, easy to cause the slide rail.
* Too large spacing, easy to lead to the failure of the slide rail and the failure of the self
(2) Cabinet internal width should be consistent all the way out.
(3) The bottom recess cannot exceed 13mm
(4) Drawer must be in perfect rectangular shape.
(5) Drawer sub front must set tight against drawer front panel.
* Inconsistency of the cabinet internal width and the dimension precision will have negative effect to push open function.
* Incorrect drawer front installation will also have negative effect to push open function.
Cabinet Self-Assessment
(1) The cabinet and drawer must be in perfect rectangular shape, ensure that they are not in diamond or trapezoid shape.
(2) Check the consistency of the side space (clearance), depth, and level is identical between the right and left.
(3) Ensure the locking device is correctly installed.
(4) Ensure the drawer dimension listed below is correct.
Notes for installation
Ensure the drawer body appearance is upright. It could not be diamond trapezoidal or distorted!
Ensure the side space, depth on both sides are consistent.
Ensure the installation location or the cabinet is on a flat surface.
Ensure the front release lever is installed correctly.
Ensure the drawer dimensions, rear notch locking hole, internal drawer width, and the drawer bottom recess are correct.
