How to produce

How to produce the 53mm full extension heavy duty soft closing ball bearing drawer slides?

Step 1.

The 53mm full extension soft close heavy duty slide from GERISS HARDWARE produced by high precision rolling machines.

Step 2.

After rolling forming, the heavy duty slides will be processed on the punch press for further processing. Mainly according to customer requirements for special drilling and bending. 

Step 3.

After stamping, the Heavy duty drawer will be sent to the plating factory for surface treatment.

Step 4.

After surface treatment, the 53mm heavy duty ball bearing slides come back to the factory to assembly and package.
